Meet Carolyn Wells, Manager for HOTWORX- Toms River, NJ and an aspiring Virtual Instructor for the brand! In just one month of presale, Carolyn helped lead the Toms River studio toward an incredible milestone of nearly 500 members — a success she credits to her passion for fitness, strong community presence, and ability to genuinely connect with people. Prior to joining HOTWORX, she served as a Virtual Instructor for Sweat440 and successfully helped open and grow all three New Jersey locations for the brand. Her true passion lies in barre and Pilates-inspired training, while her high-energy personality naturally shines in HIIT-style workouts. Before fitness, Carolyn was a competitive dancer and performed professionally in multiple national theater tours — making dance her first true love and the foundation of her performance-driven energy and stage presence.Beyond experience and credentials, Carolyn believes her greatest strength is her ability to connect with members on a real emotional and motivational level. She genuinely loves and embraces everything the HOTWORX brand represents and would be honored to bring that energy to members nationwide as a Virtual Instructor.
My love and passion for HOTWORX, growing the Toms River community, and seeing how well this workout truly works inspire me every day. I would love nothing more than to continue bringing this brand to the community and spreading the love of HOTWORX and everything it stands for.
As the General Manager of HOTWORX- Dallas, TX (Addison), I bring my professional expertise of nearly 20 years of experience in dance, theatre, fitness coaching, choreography, injury rehabilitation, and movement education. I have a real passion for witnessing “that” moment when people discover what they’re still capable of. I hold an MFA in Choreography from Jacksonville University and a BS in Dance Pedagogy from Oklahoma City University with a diverse background spanning higher education, studio direction, rehabilitation services, musical theatre direction, social media, online instruction, and creative movement. I love helping people feel capable, confident, and connected to their bodies, whether they are brand new to fitness or already deep in their wellness journey! As a Dance Professor at Coastal Carolina University and as a Dance Appreciation Lecturer at Dallas College, I've worked with the next generation of theatre professionals as the 4-year Resident Choreographer for CCU’s Dance Company, directed student choreography showcases, taught 700+ dance students across multiple genres, and choreographed award-winning solos, small groups, and large-scale productions. I have also coached group fitness and ran social media at F45, worked as a mobility specialist at StretchLab, trained personal fitness clients, and supported recovery and performance programming in a sports medicine setting. As I've grown past performing as a dancer and aerialist, I've found that what I love most is helping people feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies. Whether I am cueing technique, coaching a workout, directing a rehearsal, guiding a new member through their first session, or helping someone build confidence after an injury or setback, my goal is always the same: to make movement feel empowering, accessible, and exciting! I bring strong coaching instincts, an energetic on-camera presence, a deep understanding of the HOTWORX member experience, and a genuine love for fitness in all forms. I have the wisdom and experience to navigate a workout with discipline and correct cues, while helping to motivate, educate, and encourage people to push past what they thought they could do. My intention for every person who takes class with me is to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and a little more obsessed with what their body is capable of!
My goal in every workout or dance class that I design is to understand where my students are and help them push past what they thought they could do, and find joy in the process. It's motivating for people to leave each session feeling more confident than when they came in! That mindset was developed from my previous training as an aerialist and musical theatre dancer, but it was also developed in my off-time in HOTWORX, and it's a captivating mindset that encourages bravery in other areas of their life. I think I could represent HOTWORX well by authentically connecting to the guests and members in the sauna who don't know how strong they are yet!
I have been in group fitness for 10 years! There’s only three words to describe me: Big.chris.energy. I am a fun, personable high energy human on and off the stage. I’m also very personable and love making connections across the globe!
I am looking for a way to reach more people that are looking to make working out fun!

Fitness to me has always been an escape, and my main goal as an instructor is to be so captivating that people can't help but come back for more. I've worn a lot of hats as a fitness professional, but the level of impact HOTWORX can have both from the ease of access to the studios as well as the smart programming and amazing benefits of the infrared energy, heat, and exercise combination feels like the ideal situation to lead people to healthier, happier lives. Every time someone comes into the sauna, I want them to know I'm on their side- that I believe in them- and I hope to earn the opportunity to keep giving my energy to the HOTWORX members so they can see even better results, and most importantly improve the quality of their lives.

My mission is to always transform bodies and minds. I am also a TSA at HOTWORX- Lake Norman, NC (Brawley School Rd.)!
Knowing what I have already accomplished and what I am destined to accomplish is what’s motivating me to become a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor. Creating my own fitness business, training online, working inside gyms, internships, earning certifications, and continued education are all constant reminders that I can do this. Members at the HOTWORX- Lake Norman, NC (Brawley School Rd.) studio also give me so much motivation. They are the ones who encouraged me to apply for the competition. They always see me at the front desk or walking around the studio but one day I would love for them to see me on that tv screen in the saunas. The encouragement and constant compliments never goes unnoticed and I am forever thankful for them.
My name is Malea Lane! I have been working for HOTWORX for 3 years now and recently started my instructor journey!
I just recently became an instructor and I have always wanted to give this a shot. I know the HOTWORX brand like the back of my hand. I have been consistently going to HOTWORX for 3 years. I am very passionate about fitness and it is quite literally my whole life.
Fitness and performance have always been at the center of who I am. I’m a former Division I athlete, so I understand what it means to train with purpose, push through challenges, and show up with consistency—even on the hard days. That mindset is something I carry into every workout I lead.
Professionally, I am currently an educator and that translates directly into how I instruct and coach my sessions. I can read a room, cue effectively, and meet people exactly where they are, whether they’re beginners or advanced. In addition, I spent over a decade as a sports reporter, which has given me the ability to communicate clearly, connect with people, and feel completely at home in front of a camera. Whether I’m live on air, teaching my students, or leading a class, my goal is always the same: to create an experience where people feel motivated, confident, and supported.
As a fitness instructor, I bring high energy, strong coaching, and a genuine passion for helping others become their strongest selves, physically and mentally. I love creating an environment where people can work hard, have fun, and truly feel proud of what they accomplish.
What sets me apart is the combination of those experiences—athlete, communicator, and coach. I don’t just lead workouts, I connect, I motivate, and I bring energy that people can feel.
I’ve always believed in leading by example, and this competition gives me the chance to push my own limits while pushing others to be the best version of themselves. I want people to see that being a HOTWORX Warrior isn't reserved for a certain gender, age, size, or starting point—HOTWORX is for everyone and everyBODY.

I’m motivated to become a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor for so many reasons. After being encouraged and supported by my friend and mentor, Lindsey Coleman, along with getting to know my local HOTWORX community and staff here in Virginia Beach, I felt inspired to take a chance on something that genuinely excites me. Their encouragement, belief in me, and passion for the brand gave me the confidence to step outside of my comfort zone and apply.I’ve truly fallen in love with the HOTWORX 3D Training concept of heat, infrared energy, and exercise, along with the intimate yet community-driven boutique fitness experience it creates. I love environments where people feel personally connected, supported, and challenged while still feeling like they are part of something bigger than themselves. That combination of connection, performance, and energy feels incredibly aligned with who I am as both a coach and fitness “Enter-Trainer.”What motivates me even more is growth. I genuinely love stepping into spaces that scare me a little because I know there is opportunity for expansion on the other side. I truly believe we grow through what we go through — whether it’s a challenge, a success, or simply a new experience that pushes us outside of our comfort zone. This opportunity motivates me because I know it will challenge me to grow both personally and professionally while allowing me to combine my passion for movement, music, coaching, performance, and authentic human connection into one experience.

I graduated from Denison University with a degree in Health, Exercise, and Sports Studies, where my passion for wellness truly grew.My own health journey began in college while playing a sport that left me feeling physically and mentally drained, which taught me the importance of movement, nutrition, recovery, and sustainable wellness habits. During college, I taught a variety of fitness classes including spin, Pilates, HIIT, strength training, and Zumba, which helped me grow as both a leader and instructor.I currently work as a Lead Trainer at Pvolve Palm Beach Gardens, where I teach classes focused on strength, stability, mobility, and balance. My mom used to do workout videos in my playroom on the carpet with a stepper, and after years of her trying to get me to join in, I finally did... and I actually loved it. Those Virtual Instructors were my first real introduction to fitness, and they ended up shaping how I see movement today. What started as me not being into fitness slowly turned into something I genuinely enjoy and care about. Now my dream is to inspire and motivate people all over the world the same way those instructors inspired me. It honestly feels like such a blessing to be able to do something that helps people feel more confident, more connected to their bodies, and just better overall in their everyday lives.
I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for helping others feel confident, strong and empowered through fitness. I pull from my skills as a gymnastics coach and a previous NFL cheerleader, where I performed in front of crowds of over 78,000 people, to keep people captivated and motivated. Currently, I am a Regional General Manager for two HOTWORX studios, where I combine leadership, fitness and community engagement every day! Outside of the studio, I love staying active outdoors with my two high energy dogs and living a lifestyle that reflects the wellness mindset I encourage in others. I also enjoy creating social media content through my partnerships with wellness brands, allowing me to inspire others both inside and outside of the fitness space.
Becoming a Virtual Instructor has been a goal of mine since I started working for HOTWORX. The VIs have inspired me, and every day I hear from members about the positive impact and strong sense of community the VIs create. I’m motivated by the opportunity to inspire others in the same way, help members feel confident and supported, and give them an occasional laugh! I would be incredibly proud to represent the brand that I love so much. I would be honored to become a Virtual Instructor to show my community that with hard work and confidence, they can chase and accomplish their own goals too!
My name is Sebrie Depaci, and I have over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry with certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Barre, and Stretch & Mobility. I’m passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and consistency through workouts that are both challenging and empowering. As a former HOTWORX General Manager, I gained valuable insight into what members love most about the brand, while also developing a deep appreciation for the unique workouts, mission, and community that make HOTWORX so special. I’m excited for the opportunity to bring my energy, experience, and love for HOTWORX to the sauna screens.
What motivates me to become a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor is my genuine passion for the brand, the workouts, and the life-changing community that HOTWORX has created. I truly believe in the method and the mission, and I love helping members stay consistent, confident, and inspired in their fitness journeys.
Last year, I had the opportunity to compete for a Virtual Instructor spot and although I didn’t make the Top 7, it only fueled me more. As an instructor and someone who truly cares about HOTWORX and its members, it’s important to me to show up and try again. Not giving up on something I truly want reflects exactly what I want to encourage warriors to do every single day in the saunas: keep showing up, stay committed, and trust that growth happens when you refuse to quit.

I have a BS in Exercise Physiology and Pre-Physical Therapy and I have been a fitness Instructor of all generals for 25 years. I am Vinyasa Yoga certified and Schwinn cycle certified. I created MashUp, an interval training workout that has videos online and it is a licensed format taught at studios across the US. I also presented at Sara City Workout Fitness Expo in Dallas. I currently teach Classical Pilates at a Physical Therapy and Classical Pilates Training studio. I was a collegiate runner for Oklahoma State University and I ran in the Boston Marathon at age 19, which I am currently training for again to run at age 50! I have 7 kids and I LOVE HOTWORX to cross train 4-5x a week at our Norman, OK studio and I am passionate about getting my infrared heat workouts!
I LOVE HOTWORX and want to be on the screen encouraging others to feel the LOVE I have for fitness and the results I get with each HOTWORX workout!
If there’s one thing people remember about me, it’s the presence I bring into a room.
I’m a certified personal trainer, NASM nutrition coach, 200-hour RYT yoga teacher, and instructor in sculpt, microformer, Pilates, barre, yoga, and cycle. My passion for movement goes far beyond fitness. It’s about connection, confidence, healing, and helping people feel empowered in their own bodies. I continue expanding my education through E.D.I.T. certification (Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy), pranayama breathwork training, and Pilates education through Meta and Balanced Body to bring authenticity, intention, value and energy into everything I teach and every person I encounter.
My background in athletics, performance, and personal recovery shaped the way I instruct and show up today, especially my passion for helping people navigate body image, self-worth, and healthier relationships with movement. My goal is for people to leave my classes feeling stronger, more grounded, more confident, and more connected to themselves than when they walked in.
What motivates me to return for a third year as a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor is knowing I still have more to give.
Over the past two years, I’ve grown tremendously, not just as an instructor, but as a leader, teammate, and person. I’ve intentionally worked on the tangible feedback I’ve been given, invested in continued education across different modalities, and pushed myself outside of my comfort zone to evolve my coaching, presence, cueing, and performance. I don’t just want to meet expectations, I’m striving to exceed them.
I’ve been tapping into a different side of myself creatively, mentally, and athletically, one that HOTWORX hasn’t fully seen yet. A more confident, refined, adaptable, and impactful version of me. Most importantly, I want the opportunity to put everything I’ve learned into action and show the growth that’s happened behind the scenes. I’m motivated by the chance to continue creating an even bigger impact on members through energy, authenticity, connection, and leadership.
Stephanie Willey has been teaching group fitness for over 19 years and her passion for fitness is evident to all who know her. From the VI Competition to the workouts, to the filming, to being a part of such an amazing team, she has loved every moment of this incredible experience as a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor! In her daily life at home in Salt Lake City, Stephanie loves being active whether it's sweating at HOTWORX, teaching and taking reformer classes, running, hiking, skiing, horseback riding, dancing, playing soccer, or jumping on the trampoline with her 2 girls! She grew up as a competitive soccer player, a track athlete, competitive dancer, varsity cheerleader, and also competed in horseback riding. Stephanie has always loved being an athlete and as an adult she fell in love with reformer Pilates and HIIT training. They gave her a love of feeling strong, being fit, maintaining flexibility, and continuing to train like an athlete. Knowing that reformer Pilates is the perfect cross training for all the other sports she loves, it has given her a deep appreciation for her body and a way to keep it healthy and strong throughout her life.
Stephanie opened and owned her own gym for years and developed her own method of group workouts with the same intention in mind: high intensity/low impact. She felt there was a need for a more intense reformer workout that could still incorporate the classical benefits of Pilates, so she created her own, a 60 min signature full body BURN workout that includes cardio bursts, interval training, drop sets, and HIIT that provides high intensity/low impact workouts for everyBODY! Stephanie is also certified in TRX, Xtend Barre, Insanity, Lagree Method (reformer), and was one of the original Lululemon Ambassadors when they opened their first store in SLC. She has trained dozens of instructors in her BURN style who now teach her signature method around the Salt Lake valley. Stephanie also coaches her daughters’ sports teams and subs regularly as the elementary PE and high school strength & agility teacher to students at her girls’ school. She loves the energy of teaching group classes and seeing people of all ages develop a love for moving their bodies, a love for her unique workouts, and being able to experience all the amazing benefits that come from each session. Stephanie's her happiest when moving and challenging her body to do amazing things and pushing past her comfort zone. Movement is such an important part of her lifestyle, and she hopes to spread that love and appreciation to everyone who takes her workouts!
This is truly a life changing business we are in. I pride myself for being able to truly see people, push them past their comfort zones, and watch them become a better, happier, more confident and stronger version of themselves!

What motivates me to become a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor is the ability to inspire people far beyond one room and truly make an impact at scale. After 30 years of teaching group fitness, I know the power of energy, connection, and the right coaching and I want to bring that to as many people as possible.I thrive on camera and love performing, which comes from my background as a cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals and my experience on The Greatest Average American. I bring that same excitement and presence into every workout. Most of all, I’m motivated by helping people feel confident, strong, and capable. If I can be the reason someone shows up, pushes harder, and believes in themselves that’s why I do this.
I'm a native New Orleanian, currently living in Baton Rouge. I went to Jesuit High School where I played football, which included a lot of weight training with the team, but my fitness journey started well before. I still vividly remember working out to my mom's Taebo VHS's, learning from the OG VI Billy Blanks way back in middle school. Around that time, my dad brought me to Sears where we got my first weight bench, and I've been in fitness in some form or fashion ever since. Professionally, I started about 11 years ago as an Indoor Cycling instructor. Over the years, I've added a few more certifications. My all-time favorite discipline is any form of group fitness. I do not believe that I've ever output as much alone as I have in the company of others. My ceiling skyrockets with other people working beside me. I want to share this gift with as many people as I possibly can. When I have the opportunity to do so, I cherish the chance to help others live healthier, happier lives. Right now, I'm the General Manager of HOTWORX- Baton Rouge, LA (Highland at Airline) and I teach 3-5 classes at Evolve Studios (a heated mat, weights and strength class, and a HIIT circuit). I'm a practicing Catholic, and I believe that health and wellness necessitates a holistic approach, including fitness and nutrition but also spirituality, family/community connection, and overall positive thinking.
As I mentioned in my bio, I love helping others live happier healthier lives, and I believe it is my calling to do so. I've been so blessed with gifts of family, health, and happiness of my own; I have a duty to propagate that positivity to as big of an audience as I can. Serving as a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor would give me the best opportunity to do that, and I would take full advantage of it. I believe in the effectiveness of 3D Training and all that HOTWORX has to offer. It's been a pleasure getting to work and workout here, and I look forward to all that lies ahead. I appreciate your consideration!
