
What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
I’ve always been interested in business and running my own has always been a dream of mine. I studied business management in college and loved it. Being in the NFL, people present business opportunities all the time.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
I originally became interested in franchising after attending a Business Academy at the University of Michigan. Franchising reminds me a lot of football: having a playbook, learning the playbook, executing the playbook. Furthermore, after learning the story of Junior Bridgeman, professional basketball player and businessman, it got me excited about franchising.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
My first impression of my first HOTWORX session was, “what did I just do?” During Covid many of the gyms I originally trained at were closed. My Father and Uncle introduced me to HOTWORX and I was sold from that moment.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
During the HOTWORX Discovery Process I met the superstar Cynthia Mesa-Toney, my Franchise Recruiter. She was very instrumental in making the process super smooth and easy for me.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was a great experience. The day was long; however, it was great to meet other new franchisees, learn more about the business and meet the Executive Team.
What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
My only advice would be to go for it! I delayed a little in my process but in the end, I decided to take a leap of faith.

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
I believe most of the workouts in my community are pretty much the same. Being able to offer an entirely different concept of workout will create a fresh vibe.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
My goals in my first year as a HOTWORX franchisee are to break the records for most members in presale and in year 1.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
HOTWORX will help me create another source of income, help me create an opportunity for others to reach their fitness goals, and help me gain experience as a business owner.
