HOTWORX congratulates franchisee, Kailena Van de Nes, who was awarded a franchise license in the West Palm Beach-Fort Pierce market and recently opened her Delray Beach, FL (Delray Square) studio!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
I was running a very successful dance studio in Canada’s capital (Ottawa) until COVID came along. In Ontario, dance studios were forced to be closed for almost two years, so we made the difficult decision to close our doors. We sold everything we had, packed our furry family of 3 cats and two dogs, and drove in an RV across the USA until we made it to Florida. We loved Florida so much we decided to make it officially our home by applying for work Visas to stay.

Now that we have been here for over a year, my husband Jason and I started to feel the entrepreneurial itch to open up a business again. We did a lot of research and took some time to decide what type of business would bring us both happiness. The answer was HOTWORX. After the Discovery Process, we were even more sure that this was the right business opportunity for us!

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
My husband and I have both done the independent business thing several times. We wanted to be a part of a greater team.

‍What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
“OMG why am I sweating so much???”

‍How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process kept us hooked and keen to learn more. We would spend the time in between each call getting even more excited for our future with HOTWORX.

‍How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was super informative and went by relatively fast. The Executive Team members were all wonderful, engaged, and full of life.

You are about to become a part of the future of fitness!

I am most excited to be a part of something that can actually change people’s lives.

To be the first Franchise that hits 1000 members in presale
To have an epic grand opening with Steve present as well as the new Virtual Instructors
To be approved for two other locations once our permanent residency kicks in!
