HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Claudia and Danny Parker, who were awarded 3 franchise licenses - 1 in the Chattanooga market, 1 in the Knoxville market, and 1 in the Jacksonville market. They recently opened their Cleveland, TN (Keith St.) studio!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
My husband, Danny, and I are currently Scooter's Coffee franchisees with two stores currently in operation and one more scheduled to open in April. Danny's background is in sales and business while I am a former Kindergarten teacher. We decided that it was time to work hard for our own business instead of someone else's business!

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
As current franchisees with Scooter's Coffee, we know the value of partnering with a quality brand. Investing in a franchise is helpful because you don't have to reinvent the wheel to have a successful and profitable business.

‍How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process was great! We learned a lot and Nancy, our Franchise Recruiter, was extremely helpful.

‍How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was a lot of information, but also a lot of fun finally getting to put names and faces together. We enjoyed getting to meet the other new franchisees as well. Our favorite part was the toast and the chat at the end. It gave us the impression that HOTWORX is a great company filled with fun, energetic, hardworking employees.

‍What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Do it! HOTWORX is extremely organized in how they do everything. We have been very impressed with the thoroughness and thoughtfulness that has gone into this brand.

‍What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We hope to help improve the health of members in our community while providing great customer service to all of our customers.
