Welcome to HOTWORX, a locally owned infrared fitness studio serving the Flagstaff community with secure 24-hour access to innovative workouts designed to fit your schedule. Members enjoy unlimited access to virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts designed to support fitness, recovery, and overall wellness. Programs include isometric sessions such as hot yoga, hot pilates, barre, and stretching, along with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts like hot cycling, rowing, and full-body bike sessions. The FX Zone also features free weights, battle ropes, resistance bands, and functional training equipment to round out your routine.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
