What are we? We’re a 24/7 infrared sauna fitness studio. Our sessions, which are led by Virtual Instructors, synergize heat, infrared energy, and exercise so that you can torch the calories and find your inner warrior.
We offer 30-minute isometric workout sessions and 15-minute HIIT sessions. That's right, only 30 or 15 minutes!—the heat and the infrared energy make your exercise time ultra-efficient.
Refine your workout with one of our HOTWORX Hot Pilates sessions, where focused movements meet the transformative power of infrared heat. This 30-minute session sharpens your core and enhances overall muscle tone, fostering better posture and increased flexibility. Each session is a step towards a more sculpted, aligned physique, optimized by deep, therapeutic warmth.
Want to maximize your results? Cross train in our FX Zone with weights and strength training equipment. You can follow along with a silent trainer video through different routines or receive personalized instruction from certified trainers using Virtual Personal Training in the HOTWORX Burn Off App.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
