HOTWORX is located in the Village at Pelican Point shopping center on Highway 190 next to JOS A BANKS in Mandeville, Louisiana.
We are a facility specializing in patented infrared sauna workouts. Members enjoy the opportunity to train in enclosed infrared sauna spaces, led by Virtual Instructors. Each workout combines heat, infrared energy, and exercise into a routine like no other, guaranteed to torch more calories in just 15 or 30 minutes.
We are open 24/7 for every kind of schedule, and you have the freedom to choose your routine. Sessions include Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Bands, Hot Buns, Hot Core, and a whole lot more. Plus, you can select a 30-minute isometric workout or a 15-minute high intensity interval training session.
Our hot yoga program is unlike any other! We’ve developed a custom yoga workout that combines foundation poses from multiple practice types while also harnessing the power of infrared energy. You’ll shed pounds, increase flexibility, detoxify, and recharge. Sessions last only 30 minutes, but the benefits last a lifetime!

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
