HOTWORX Nixa delivers a powerful and innovative fitness experience for the entire community, offering 24-hour access to patented infrared sauna workouts that help you train efficiently and feel stronger every day. Conveniently located inside the West Side Plaza shopping center just off West Mt. Vernon, our studio is easy to reach for residents throughout Nixa and nearby Fremont Hills.
Each infrared sauna session blends heat, movement, and guided instruction to support strength, endurance, and wellness. Members can choose from hot yoga for flexibility, hot pilates for core toning, or high-intensity interval training for an energizing calorie burn. The infrared heat promotes detoxification, faster recovery, and long-term health benefits that go beyond traditional exercise.
As the only HOTWORX studio in the Nixa area, we proudly serve working women, school staff, local businesses, and families looking for a convenient and results-driven workout option. FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
