HOTWORX North Liberty brings an efficient and innovative fitness experience to a fast-growing community. Conveniently located in the Penn Place Shopping Center near the corner of Highway 965 and W Penn Street, our studio offers 24-hour access to patented infrared workout sessions that fit the busy schedules of local professionals and college students.
Members can choose from 12 virtually instructed infrared sessions, including hot yoga for flexibility, hot pilates for strength, hot cycle for endurance, and HIIT sessions that deliver a fast, energizing calorie burn. Each infrared workout supports circulation, recovery, and overall wellness, helping you feel stronger with every visit.
Serving residents from Tiffin, Coralville, Iowa City, Solon, Swisher, Shueyville, University Heights, Ely, and Oxford, HOTWORX North Liberty attracts women who want an effective fitness routine and students seeking results with minimal time commitment. FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
