Welcome to HOTWORX Scottsdale Old Town, a unique mother/daughter-owned fitness studio in the heart of Scottsdale. We provide secure 24-hour access to unlimited fitness sessions. Our programs include Isometric workouts such as hot yoga, hot pilates, and barre, as well as High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) options like hot cycling, rowing, and full-body bikes. Additionally, our FX zone features free weights, battle ropes, and more to complement your workout regimen.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
