Find Your Focus at HOTWORX - Stillwater, OK. Our studio offers 24-hour access to a variety of infrared sauna workouts. Members are virtually instructed through workouts and sessions ranging from Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates to HIIT Workouts and Hot Buns.
Our Hot Yoga sessions use infrared energy along with a customized balancing sequence to help tone and shape your body. You’ll increase your flexibility, detoxify, and clear your mind. This 30-minute workout is far superior to traditional yoga because the infrared energy deliver faster and more effective results.
We also offer free weights and strength training equipment. Our powerful 3D training combines heat, infrared energy, and exercise so you can achieve more workout in less time. FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
