HOTWORX Visalia offers members 3D training sessions led by Virtual Instructors in patented infrared saunas. You can choose from a wide variety of Isometric and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts, including Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and Hot Cycle. Begin with Hot Yoga to improve your mental clarity and flexibility through heat-inhanced poses that promote deeper stretches. Then, switch to Hot Pilates to target your core strength and posture, where the warm environment helps tighten and tone. Maybe go for a Hot Cycle and burn tons of calories. Each session harnesses the benefits of infrared heat to amplify results and speed up recovery.
The infrared energy in the sauna decreases the amount of warm-up needed and speeds up post-workout recovery time. It also helps you burn more calories more quickly, offering you 3xs the sweat in 1/3 of the time.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
