HOTWORX Windsor brings 24-hour infrared fitness to one of Colorado’s most family-focused and health-conscious communities. Conveniently located next to Firehouse Subs and Doug’s Diner, our studio offers a modern approach to wellness and serves Windsor, Severance, Greeley, Fort Collins, and Loveland.
Members enjoy HIIT sessions and guided isometric exercise, such as Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates, inside our patented infrared saunas. Here we combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise into a 3D training method. This technology supports goals like muscle recovery, weight loss, stress reduction, and improved circulation in less time than a traditional workout.
The FX Zone gives members space to add variety before or after their sessions with functional tools like bands, ropes, and weights. Whether you're a stay-at-home mom, working professional, or anywhere in between, HOTWORX Windsor offers a clean and convenient option to stay active.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
