Our Coralville HOTWORX studio is conveniently located on the Coralville Strip, right next door to New Life Church and Nolte Dance Academy.
At HOTWORX, our mission is to provide our clients with 24-7 access to our unique infrared sauna workouts. Each session is virtually instructed, so you can safely enjoy the awesome health benefits of infrared heat.
Our Hot Pilates will get you moving, sweating, and feeling great! Our awesome 30-minute isometric workout combines core and yoga postures along with the power of infrared energy. You’ll improve your core strength, coordination, balance, alignment, energy levels, and more. Even better, you and up to two friends can schedule a session together.
Here at our Coralville HOTWORX studio, we strive to treat each client like family. We’re the only studio in the area that offers unlimited access to infrared saunas, 365 days a year. FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
