Stephanie Weiss is a certified personal trainer, NASM nutrition coach, 200-hour RYT yoga teacher, and group fitness instructor specializing in Pilates, barre, yoga, and cycle. She is also an eating disorder specialist and continually furthers her education through advanced certifications such as Mental Toughness, functional fitness, the rebirth of isometrics and tempo and more to bring authenticity and depth to every session.

Stephanie’s background in the Olympic Development Program for soccer, along with years in competitive dance, cheer, track & field, and acting, taught her discipline, resilience, and creativity, but it was her personal recovery journey that shaped her passion for helping others rebuild healthy relationships with food, movement, and themselves. She believes healing isn’t always linear, but it should always feel supported, empowered, and rooted in care.

An Ole Miss Rebel alum, Stephanie holds a degree in graphic design and journalism and works full time in marketing communications, blending creativity, strategy, and heart in everything she does. She knows firsthand the importance of work–life balance and brings that perspective into her teaching, helping members find strength and stillness both in the sauna and in everyday life. Stephanie is proud to be part of a fitness community that values efficient, powerful workouts designed to create lasting transformation inside and out. Whether leading members through the fire of high-intensity cycle or the grounding calm of yoga, Stephanie emphasizes alignment, breath work, and the mind–body connection. Her goal is for every session to feel like reconnecting with a friend—raw, real, and uplifting.
