I have 10+ years of experience as a Trainer, Coach, Performer, and Speaker within the fitness industry. In 2015, I was an athlete on the hit TV Fitness Reality show American Ninja Warrior Season 8. For the past 6 years, I've been working as a virtual instructor for other top brands such as Dailyburn and MyFitnessPal. In 2021, I was recognized as a Top 100 AAPI Creator on TikTok. These days I can be found training people from pro-athletes to pro-parents when I'm not training myself or earning the burn.
